Col. Ben "Patrick" McFall III is the Commander at U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground.
MISSION
Plan, conduct, assess, analyze, report, and support developmental tests, production tests, and integrated developmental and operational tests; and provide training support to Army, sister services, Department of Defense, U.S. Government, international, and commercial customers.
